Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Mill Environmental Services Partners and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
