Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Oklahoma City, OK)

Ironwood Field Financial serves customers across Oklahoma City with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 498 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to payment disputes. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
