Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Nashville, TN)

Westbrook Forge Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Nashville area. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
