Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Minneapolis, MN)

Summit North Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
