Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Milwaukee, WI)

Rivermark Haven Learning Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
