Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Milwaukee, WI)

Westbrook Clear Freight Associates is a Milwaukee logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to dock schedules. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on dock schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
