Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Quill Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Miami area, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food costs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
