Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Memphis, TN)

Lumen Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Memphis, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
