Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Memphis, TN)

Harborlight Kestrel Staffing Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to retention. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on retention. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
