Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Memphis, TN)

Bright Rowan Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Memphis with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
