Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Memphis, TN)

Nova Oak Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Memphis with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to branch operations. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
