Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Keystone Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Louisville focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
