Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Little Rock, AR)

Stonegate Ember Financial is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 492 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to payment disputes. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
