Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Cross Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Kansas City with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
