Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath Forge Hospitality is a hospitality company in Kansas City with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
