Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Kansas City, MO)

Bluepeak Vista Financial Group is a financial-services company in Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor spend. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor spend. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
