Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Jacksonville, FL)

Fernwood Basin Legal Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
