Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Jackson, MS)

Bright Summit Learning Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
