Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Jackson, MS)

Ironwood Rook Staffing is a Jackson staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to retention. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
