Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Jackson, MS)

Rivermark Glen Legal Group is a Jackson practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
