Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge West Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
