Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Jackson, MS)

Silverline Beacon Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Jackson, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
