Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Jackson, MS)

Redstone Hollow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Jackson focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tickets. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
