Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Jackson, MS)

Clearpath Timber Financial serves customers across Jackson with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
