Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Houston, TX)

Summit Quarry Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Houston area. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Houston. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
