Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Houston, TX)

Nova Bridge Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Houston, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
