Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Basin Facilities and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
