Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Honolulu, HI)

Bluepeak Harbor Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Honolulu focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
