Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Hartford, CT)

Amberfield Pike Property Management looks after rental homes across the Hartford area. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident events. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
