Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Grand Rapids, MI)

Fernwood Sable Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
