Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Vale Staffing and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
