Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Grand Rapids, MI)

Redstone Willow Staffing is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to temp assignments. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
