Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Grand Rapids, MI)

Cedar Loom Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 648 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to policy renewals. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
