Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Grand Rapids, MI)

Lumen Fox Staffing is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to timekeeping. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on timekeeping. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
