Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Loom Insurance and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
