Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Fresno, CA)

Silverline West Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Fresno. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
