Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Umber Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Fort Worth with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
