Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood Umber Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to equipment calibration. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
