Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Fort Worth, TX)

Bluepeak Rowan Care Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
