Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood Cedar Hospitality is a hospitality company in Des Moines with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 144 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
