Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Des Moines, IA)

Highbridge Junction Staffing is a Des Moines staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to timekeeping. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on timekeeping. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
