Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Oak Health runs clinics and patient services around Denver. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
