Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Vale Financial and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor spend. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor spend. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
