Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Vista Markets Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
