Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Ashton Telecom is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
