Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Colorado Springs, CO)

Foxglove Orchard Care Services supports families and individuals in Colorado Springs with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
