Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Ivory Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Colorado Springs focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We invest in training. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tickets. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
