Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Keystone Facilities is a facilities company in Cleveland with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to work orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on work orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
