Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Cleveland, OH)

Northwind Clear Care Services supports families and individuals in Cleveland with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
