Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Cleveland, OH)

Lumen Nest Housing manages affordable housing communities across Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease compliance. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
